Indian population crossing 1.10 billion and there are only 15 IITs and 22-25 NITs to cater technical education which is not sufficient for the nation.The technical bodies and government need to keep a vigil on other institute too.There are 3000 self financing technical institution in india which are completing the requirement of the nation in any manner.I do not say all are in same position But most of the institutions are corrupting the technical education and they have also corrupted teachers as they are governed by either minister or business tycoon.We know AICTE and UGC are there to monitor them.AICTE and UGC should have a very close view on this institution.I will put some point which need to be follow strictly to improve the quality.
1.We should implement a centralized payment system for faculty so that more people can come.It will reduce the management forgery.
2.we should track infrastructure properly.
4.Young Teachers should be included for verification.
5.All colleges should depute atleast 2 faculty compulsory for higher education.As this rule is their but not in use.
6.The deputation of faculty should be done by technical body as well as by college.
